I Spy Sticker Book using Stickiville!

I spy hours of fun with this simple arts and crafts project for kids! Spontaneous as a summer breeze, this easy DIY project requires little to no prep. With just some paper, markers, and a smattering of stickers, your kiddo can get creating whenever you spy the need for a little fun. As your kids seek out this creative adventure, they'll be finding an improvement in fine motor skills, practicing their vocabulary, learning about taking turns, and sharpening their writing skills. Get ready to unleash some crafty fun that's part art project, part I-Spy game, and 100% fun! Time Duration: 30 minutes Skill Level: Beginner-Intermediate OOLY Products Needed: Other Items Needed:
  • Stapler (adult supervision recommended)
Directions:
Step 1: Grab your stash of popsicle sticks, your favorite printed photograph and your favorite OOLY crayons or markers and Stickiville stickers! To start, line up a handful of popsicle sticks end to end until they make a rectangle larger than your photo. Set them to the side.
Step 2: Decorate the front of your book! Get creative, and use as many colors as you’d like. Here are ours!
Step 3: Begin placing stickers on the right-hand side of your book when you open it. Leave the left side blank for now.
Step 4: After you have filled the right hand side with your favorite stickers, it’s time to make the checklist of items to “spy” on the left hand side. Repeat these steps until you have completed your book.
Step 5: Have your family and friends work their way down the list of items to “spy” and check off the boxes as they work their way down the list. See who can find the most items! We hope you enjoyed this craft! My children gifted their book to their grandparents. It was sweet to watch them spend time with them as they went through the book together.
