How do your kids create their happy? My boys are rough and tumble boys all the way. Climbing, skateboarding, biking, jumping, playing in the dirt; you name it, they will do it! But they also LOVE art and creating projects. They take so much pride in their artwork and spend hours painting and making crafts.
Easter Egg decorating is a holiday tradition for many families. It’s no secret, though, that dyeing eggs can result in a serious mess. It’s a close second to carving pumpkins when it comes to the messiest of holiday crafts! By replacing the dye with other materials such as paints, colored pencils, markers, and crafting (washi) tape, your family can create spectacular Easter eggs with less stress.
At this point in the season, we are dreaming of the end of winter and love to start planning spring break ideas just to get ourselves warm. Cameron has tried on every bathing suit she owns. Twice. And Kane has his suitcase at the ready. So the kids were super excited to try out a few new travel activities for OOLY!
Oh my goodness – is it really January already?! Where did 2017 go?!
Starting off 2018 on the right foot with my notebook, I decided I would do my organizing by decorating my pages using rainbow colors for January. The other months will get new designs later on!
This year I’m using the Flipside Double Sided Notebook as my planner. It’s awesome because one half of the notebook has blank pages and then you can flip it over it has lined paper too. So handy for lists or doodling! And you can tell which side you are on by the cover color.
